Interesting thing about small towns today that have no source of revenue except tourism. A small town, founded over a hundred years ago on the backs of coal barrens and good hard working immigrants, has no choice but to become weird. Times are good the town prospers. Times get shitty, the mines close, and the train stops coming by. What do you do?
